1. About Easy Mail

Easy Mail - Email Access is a mobile Gmail client that lets users connect a Gmail account, read and search messages, view attachments, compose and send email, reply, forward, manage drafts, and access Gmail folders such as Inbox, Sent, Starred, Spam, and Trash.

Easy Mail connects to Gmail only after the user grants permission through Google's OAuth authorization flow. Easy Mail never sees or stores the user's Gmail password.

2. Information We Access

The information accessed depends on the features the user chooses and the Google permissions granted. It may include:

• Google account identifiers, such as email address and basic account information.
• Gmail message metadata, including sender, recipients, subject, date, labels, folder, and read or unread status.
• Gmail message content and attachments when needed to display a message or perform a user-requested action.
• Draft, sent-message, reply, forward, and compose data created by the user.
• OAuth access and refresh tokens used to maintain the authorized Gmail connection.
• Notification settings, app preferences, diagnostics, and support communications.

3. How We Use Google User Data

Google user data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing email features visible in Easy Mail. Specifically, it may be used to:

• Display and synchronize the selected Gmail account's folders and messages.
• Search messages and apply supported Inbox filters.
• Open message content and display attachment information.
• Create, save, send, reply to, and forward Gmail messages at the user's direction.
• Star messages or move messages to supported Gmail folders, including Trash.
• Provide new-message notifications when notification permission is granted.
• Maintain the user's authorized Gmail connection until access is removed or revoked.

Easy Mail does not sell Google user data, use Gmail content for advertising, or use Gmail content to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

4. Data Storage and Retention

OAuth tokens, account identifiers, app preferences, and synchronized Gmail data may be stored or cached only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the app's email features, maintain account access, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations.

When a user removes a Gmail account from Easy Mail, the app stops displaying that account and deletes locally held account data that is no longer required, subject to limited security, backup, or legal retention. Removing an account from Easy Mail does not delete messages stored in Gmail.

5. Data Sharing

Easy Mail does not sell or rent personal information or Google user data. Information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• With Google and Gmail services as necessary to complete actions requested by the user.
• With service providers acting on our behalf when necessary for hosting, security, diagnostics, or notification delivery, subject to confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• When required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid government request.
• When necessary to protect users, prevent fraud or abuse, or secure the app and related systems.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy

Easy Mail's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. User Controls and Deletion

Users can control their information and Gmail connection in the following ways:

• Remove a connected Gmail account from the Accounts page in Easy Mail.
• Change notification permission through Android system settings.
• Revoke Easy Mail's Google account access from the Google Account connections page.
• Request deletion of app-held personal information by contacting us at the email below.

Requests will be handled after reasonable identity verification and subject to applicable legal requirements.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Children's Privacy

Easy Mail - Email Access is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, legal requirements, or data practices change. The updated date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
